History

RISSMANN Consulting was founded in February 1999. At first, we focused on the implementation of controlling, preparing economic and financial analyses and business plans, and strengthening our position on the market.

With the changes in the economy and the growing needs of companies, our major areas of activity changed. Nowadays, mergers and acquisitions and linking of business partners have the key place in our portfolio of services. From the very beginning we have not limited our areas of activity, but have been flexible in response to the needs of entrepreneurs. Our clients come not only from Poland, but also from other European countries.

In 2005 we established cooperation with a Western European company specializing in M&A. We make use of the advice of legal offices, statutory auditors and tax advisors. The main goal of our consulting services is to help clients get and maintain competitive positions on the market.
