About the company

Rissmann Consulting Sp. z o. o. (RC) specializes in mergers and acquisitions. For years we have supported companies facing new challenges in the changing economic conditions.

With the changes in the Polish economy and the changing needs of companies, the range of RC's services has also evolved. Because of the growing number of consolidation processes, mergers and acquisitions have become our largest area of activity, but this is not our only specialization. We also provide development strategies, implementation of strategic management, organizational changes, changes of companies' legal status, help in receiving financial support, and implementation of financial controlling. In addition, we regularly offer courses and seminars on economic and business topics, led by well-known Polish economists.
