Successive projects of RC finished with success !

Since January 2007 we have conducted several M&A projects and two of them are complete.

The project completed in July concerned the acquisition of shares in Bakoma-Nova Sp. z o.o. A client of RC, Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Zorina, purchased these shares from Bakoma-Nova’s main shareholder. Services of RC included due diligence (an analysis of the legal and financial situation of the company to be acquired); identification of the risks related to the project; participation in negotiation; and formulating agreements and a business plan.

In the successive of the completed projects (in June 2007), RC’s function was to analyze financial and corporation documents of Centrozap-Defka Sp. z o.o. This research allowed us to recommend to our client, Przedsiębiorstwo Hydrauliki Siłowej Hydrotor S.A., the acquisition of a majority package of shares in Centrozap-Defka Sp. z o.o.
