Rissmann Consulting has concluded another year of advising and consulting.

We are pleased to inform our current and future clients that in 2007 we worked on sixteen M & A projects, three of which involved foreign companies. Several of the sixteen projects have been successfully completed, that is, with control assumed over a subsidiary company, or an investor signed on. Closing transactions for several other projects will occur in the near future.

The coming year, 2008, promises to be fruitful in terms of M&A transactions, as the Polish economy continues to mature.
