Another acquisition conducted with RC’s participation!

On 30 April 2008 the APATOR S.A. Group was increased by the purchase of shares of Fabryka Wodomierzy PoWoGaz S.A. This purchase is another step in APATOR’s strategy to gain a leading position in the Central and Eastern Europe markets. On 25 April 2008 the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection gave the required consent to the acquisition of PoWoGaz S.A. RISSMANN Consulting participated in this project by conducting a due diligence and preparing an intention to concentrate for OCCP. (2009-02-18)
