Acquisition of shares of ZEUS S.A. by our client ELEKTROTIM S.A.
On 18.07.2012 and 22.08.2012 ELEKTROTIM S.A. acquired 1,563,722 shares of the company ZEUS S.A., which is headquartered in Pruszcz Gdañski. This amount equals 90.45% of the share capital of ZEUS S.A. RISSMANN Consulting participated in this project by conducting a due diligence.
