Another acquisition conducted with participation of RISSMANN Consulting Mr. Stanisław Kozicki and Mrs. Izabela Kozicka purchased the shares of Zakłady Badawczo-Produkcyjne ELDIS Sp. z o.o. in August 2011. RISSMANN Consulting participated in this project by conducting a due diligence and by preparation of all documentation of this M&A transaction. (2012-07-23)
